Every bride dreams of the big day. Her mother has memories of the tablecloth on the head carrying flowers. Well Debi Lilly and her friends invited some future brides and their mothers for some ideas to make the day even more special. I was fortunate to be invited to enjoy the event as well.
Sunday, Debi transformed her shop into wedding land for DIY Decadence. There was something for everyone. Even tiny ring bearers and flower girls got in on the fun. Debi had a candy buffet, fruit juice, and cookies to color for the little ones. Pure Kitchen provided the snacks and Toni Patisserie and Cafe provided the goodies. Debi herself made some delicious punch. Beauty on Call gave the brides some ideas on how to look good on the big day. Watercolor artist, Diane Brenstein illustrated the event with her special touch.Andrew Delnecky of Chicago Live Music entertained the crowd with mellow guitar music. Smile Booth added fun and grooms fashion was discussed by J. Hilburn
